Grief

Journal Prompt:
Grief is sorrow, especially caused by some one's death. So with that being said I'm neutral. It's good to cry and let your feelings out but at the same time you can become depressed it you allow yourself to. I say this because it brings closure if you allow it to and it could also cause more pain. I know how this feels from personal experience. My father passed away close to six years ago and i grieved so much that it caused me to get depressed until I learned how to cope.
